The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the ski lifts just a few steps away, making it convenient for a day on the slopes. the meals provided were diverse and plentiful, ensuring we never went hungry during our stay.
The hotel rooms were a bit worn and could use some updating. the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, as we noticed some areas that were not properly cleaned.

The location of this hotel was perfect for skiing enthusiasts, the ski lifts were just a few steps away from the hotel entrance. We also enjoyed the full board package which included all three meals and drinks, as well as daily tea and cakes. the room was spacious and had all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better. the bathroom was not properly cleaned and trash was not disposed of regularly.

Located on the Palandoken slopes, the hotel offers convenient access to skiing with the Gondola just 20 meters away and breathtaking views further down the hill. the spacious rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, heating, and a minibar. Guests can enjoy the spa, training room, and saunas. the staff is friendly and service-minded, ensuring a pleasant stay. Meals are varied and ample, with options for full board. the hotel also provides ski equipment rentals onsite.
One negative aspect is the lack of proper cleanliness in the bathrooms.
